BOREAL HEARTLAND YARROW

Yarrow shares some tastes of oregano, sweet-tea-like aroma, hints of licorice, and slight earthiness. Superb sprinkled on fruits, mixed in vinaigrettes, dressings, butters, and sauces. Pairs with dill, tarragon, oregano, basil, and citrus! Do not overuse as may overpower other flavours. Can be used for mild smoking using a smoke gun!
