A collaboration from Hearth Restaurant and Stumbletown Distilling, this bitter-sweet liqueur captures the essence of Saskatchewan's wild landscapes. Inspired by the Italian amaro tradition, it blends the prairie grassland and boreal forest that is Saskatchewan. 
Bright notes of raspberry, rose, Saskatoon berry, and chokecherry bring a tart and floral foundation. Accented by bitter and forest floor notes from wormwood, yarrow, and morel mushroom. The result is a uniquely Saskatchewan spirit. Nature’s flavours, distilled into every sip.
